You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation

What is Dramatherapy?
Dramatherapy is the use of theatre techniques to facilitate personal growth and promote mental health. Through play we can touch on issues that may be arising and process them by expressing oneself. Emotions, behaviours and situations can be explored through drama games, role play, storytelling, puppetry, masks, myths and fairytales.
It can be used in multiple settings such as creches, schools, hospitals, mental health centres, day centres, prisons and businesses. It can be applicable to individuals, groups, couples and families. No drama experience is needed.
